Shop Policies

My policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you are eligible for a refund, you will be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to my mistake.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Yarn must be wrapped in the yarn bands and unused.

Custom orders and sale/clearance items are not eligible for refunds. Product that has been used, stained, or damaged is not eligible for refund.
Nor will any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.

I do my best to ship as quickly as possible.  Please allow 2 business days for shipping for items in stock (custom orders will take longer and will be determined on an individual basis.)
